These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of Drive Mentor ("we", "our", or "the app"). By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
## 1. Purpose of the App
Drive Mentor provides educational study material to help users prepare for driving theory tests.
The app does not guarantee that you will pass any driving theory test, obtain a driving licence, or meet any legal driving requirement.
## 2. No Official Affiliation
Drive Mentor is an independent product.
We are not created by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with DVSA, CBR, or any other government, licensing, or driving test authority.
Official rules, test requirements, and road laws may change. You should always check official sources before taking a real test or relying on any rule in practice.
## 3. Accuracy of Content
We make reasonable efforts to keep the app content accurate and useful. However, we do not guarantee that all questions, explanations, road rules, or study materials are complete, current, or error-free.
The app is intended for study and practice only. It is not legal advice or official test material.
## 4. Free and Pro Features
Drive Mentor may offer free content and optional paid Pro features.
Free access may include selected topics or limited practice features. Pro access may unlock additional topics, mock exams, smart practice, progress insights, saved question drills, or other premium features described in the app.
We may update, add, or remove features over time.
## 5. Subscriptions and Payments
Drive Mentor Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription through Apple In-App Purchase.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
If a free trial or introductory offer is available, it will be shown in the app before purchase.
Refund requests are handled by Apple according to Apple’s policies. We do not directly process payment card details or refunds.

## 6. Restore Purchases
If you reinstall the app or change devices, you can use the "Restore purchases" option in the app to restore an active Pro subscription linked to your Apple ID.
## 7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Copy, reproduce, sell, or redistribute app content without permission
- Reverse engineer, modify, or attempt to extract the app source code
- Use the app for unlawful purposes
- Interfere with the app’s operation or security
- Misrepresent the app as official test material or an official government service
## 8. Intellectual Property
All app content, design, text, images, and software are owned by us or licensed to us, unless otherwise stated.
You may use the app for personal study purposes only.
## 9. Third-Party Services
The app may use third-party services, including Apple, RevenueCat, and PostHog, for app distribution, subscriptions, purchase management, and analytics.
Your use of Apple services is subject to Apple’s terms and policies.

## 11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drive Mentor is provided "as is" and "as available".
We are not responsible for:
- Failing a driving theory test
- Changes to official test requirements or road laws
- Errors, omissions, or outdated study content
- Losses resulting from reliance on app content
- Service interruptions or technical issues
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
## 12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will show when the Terms were last changed.
Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
## 13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
